Growing online retailer is looking for an experienced, proactive, energetic, well-organized and reliable Senior Customer Service Representative with exceptional customer service skills to join our growing team. Previous call center experience is required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years as Senior Customer Service Rep or Manager in Call Center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional phone skills
- Immaculate attention to details and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and to perform well in fast paced environment
- Associate or higher degree a plus
Specific responsibilities:
- Inbound customer service
- Ensure that all orders are properly and diligently fulfilled
- Daily order processing and management
- Respond to client inquiries
- Resolve all customer service related issues as required
